MEET LISA
Raised in historic Philadelphia, Lisa Santoro has had an eye and appreciation for architecture and design since childhood. After graduating from college, she spent more than 20 years in visual merchandising and store design—creating immersive and engaging retail environments. That experience prompted her exploration of residential design, and she enrolled in the Interior Design Program at Parsons in New York City.
Today, Lisa specializes in a much more personal approach to design. She works closely with clients to reimagine spaces to reflect their deeply-held values and functional needs. Informed by her experiences and client-centered philosophy, she designs homes that are luxurious in their comfort and customization. Lisa lives in Morristown, New Jersey, with her husband, stepson, and two dogs.

OUR PROCESS
Our work together begins with an in-person meeting to align on project goals, take measurements, and review inspiration. It’s incredibly important to us to get to know our clients before the work begins so that we can design something truly customized to them. We will translate the information gathered into preliminary designs with floorplans, layouts, and a sampling of finish ideas. Based on the feedback provided, we will then create a finalized plan and budget, complete with curated concepts, furnishings, and finishes.
While any scheduled construction takes place, we will order and receive furnishings, decor, and softgoods. Once renovations are complete, we will deliver, install, and style every last detail in a white glove experience. We will then welcome you home, resolve any lingering concerns, and celebrate the beautiful results of our partnership.
